News

May 5 - The zipfile for Assignment 6 is missing a file, submitToMarmoset.pl, that is required to submit the assignment. Please copy this file into your CS101_Assign06 directory from any other CS 101 assignment or lab before you run make submit.
May 1 - The Schedule has been updated with readings for Tuesday, May 5th.
Apr 28 - Exam 4 will take place in class on Thursday, May 7th. A practice exam is available on the Practice Exams page.
Apr 28 - The Schedule has been updated with a reading assignment for Thursday, April 30th.
Apr 22 - The Schedule has been modified: on Thursday, April 23rd, we will cover the material in both Lecture 18 and Lecture 19.
Apr 20 - Assignment 6 is due Tuesday, May 5th by 11:59 PM. It is the final assignment.
Apr 9 - The due dates for the milestones for Assignment 5 have been extended to Monday, April 13th and Monday, April 20th respectively.
Apr 1 - Assignment 5 has two milestones. Milestone 1 is due Friday, April 10th by 11:59 PM, and Milestone 2 is due Friday, April 17th by 11:59 PM.
Mar 31 - Please note that there will be no evening tutoring on Wednesday, April 1st.
Mar 30 - Exam 3 will take place in class on Thursday, April 9th. The exam format will be the same as exams 1 and 2. A practice exam is available on the Practice Exams page.
Mar 17 - Assignment 4 is due Thursday, Mar 26th by 11:59 PM.
Mar 10 - Exam 2 will take place in class on Tuesday, Feb 17th. The exam will be closed book and closed notes (but you may use the reference card). A practice exam is available on the Practice Exams page.
Mar 10 - The description of Assignment 3 has been updated with information about computing the standard deviation.
Feb 25 - Due to some unplanned Marmoset downtime, the due date for Milestone 2 of Assignment 2 has been extended to 11:59 today (Wednesday, Feb 25th.)
Feb 24 - Assignment 3 is due Friday, Mar 13th by 11:59 PM.
Feb 5 - Exam 1 will take place in class on Thursday, Feb 12th. The exam will be closed book and closed notes, but you may use the reference card. The exam will include both written problems and programming problems. A practice exam is available on the Practice Exams page.
Jan 29 - Assignment 2 has two milestones, due Wednesday, Feb 11th, and Tuesday, Feb 24th.
Jan 27 - Tutoring will start on Wednesday, Jan 28th.
Jan 21 - Assignment 1 is due Monday, Feb 2nd by 11:59 PM.
